The first international DLP-Guide.com Fanmeeting

... was scheduled for the 31st of December 1999 at the Disneyland Park in the Disneyland Resort Paris - a date chosen with quiet a bit of care ... as fans had asked for a way to meet in the park to learn to know the fellow fans they knew from the website only in person finally and more than a few of tehm planned to event the Millennium Celebration anyway.

So the Team of DLP-Guide.com decided to try its best - which in this case ment: offering fans meeting points and some time together as the incredible schedule of the festivities in the park left no room for special fanmeeting events anyway. And thanks to a lot of time together and maybe even more partying friendships were born during these days and the tradition of Fanmeetings was started!

Also machte sich das DLP-Guide.com darin, sein bestes zu versuchen - in diesem Fall: Fans die Gelegenheit zu einem Treffen zu geben, denn für ein spezifisches Programm war bei den zahllosen offiziellen Events an diesen Tagen ohnehin kein Raum. Und gerade dank der vielen Freiräume und vielleicht auch wegen der endlosen Party entstanden zahlreiche Freundschaften und die neue Tradition der Fanmeetings wurde geboren!
