La-Di-Da...

... Carnival! From February 5th till March 13th 2005 the Town Square is transformed into the Carnival Square for the Kids' Carnival. Colorfull banners on the facades of the buildings around the square and even on the first floor of the Main Street Station set the mood for this event. But the first sign of the festival guests see is actually the crazy toon-atic sign that has been propped up right in front of the Station. A DJ-tower has taken over the place of the pavillion and fantastic decorations surround it, like a living bubble tree blowing soap bubbles all over the place, funny wind creatures on the bikes or smoking belows. Even the trash cans got a makeover in style as here everything is topsy-turvy already before the party really starts!

Forgot your costume? No problem! For one Kaa from Jungle Book is trying to lure you into the Carnival Shop (also known as Bixby Brothers) anyway and then there are also cast members ready to help you out as they offer a free carnival makeup to the young guests walking around Carnival Square with their makeup equipment on a vendor's tray.

Twice daily Minnie introduces Sebastian and his friends from under the sea for The Little Mermaid Carnival - a fun filled party procession around the Carnival Square in which the characters from the sea invite guests to join them dancing to the calypso beats of a crazy music mix. A bit dryer but not less fun filled is The Jungle Book Carnival that is heralded by Donald once daily and introduces Baloo and King Louie with their gang from the jungle. Their procession of dancers get a wild party going all over the place with the latest jungle beats...

Both groups, the characters from under the sea as well as those from the jungle, meet in the evening for the Carnival Dance Party. In this 20 minute party not only the best music mix from both events gets the party atmosphere once again up to the boiling point but also the king and queen of the Kids' Carnival are honored - two children chosen among the guests. They are part of the procession seated in a huge set of gogles above all the dancers so that they are looked up to by everyone as they are dancing along and spreading the laughter one last time. The perfect, dancing "grand finale" to a carnival-day!

In between these events a DJ gets the Carnival Fever up to highest level when he spins the music and a fun assortment of well known Disney characters come out to dance with the kids in a typical party atmosphere. Besides the famous Disney Characters sporting special party hats countless colorfull characters join the fun too during the Carnival Fever. So guests can not only meet and dance with stars like Tigger or Chip and Dale, but also meet phantastic creatures all over the square like the exotic carnival-birds on stilts.

... Carnival! Vom 5. Februar bis 13. März 2003  hat sich der Town Square in den Carnival Square verwandelt für den  Kids' Carnival. Farbenprächtige Banner verzieren die Gebäude um den Platz, selbst das erste Stockwerk des Bahnhofs. Den ersten Hinweis auf das Festival aber gibt schon das verrückte, toon-atische Banner, das über der Unterführung des Bahnhofs installiert wurde - so st der Gast schon vorab gewarnt, das hier die Welt aus den Fugen gerät. Der Pavillon wurde gegen eine DJ-Kanzel getauscht, um die sich phantastische Dekorationen reihen, wie der Bubble-Tree, der Seifenblasen ausströmt, die lustigen Windgeschöpfe auf ihren Rädern oder die rauchenden Blasebalgen. Sogar die Mülleimer präsentieren sich in neuem Gewand ... hier ist einfach alles Topsy-Turvy schon bevor die Party beginnt.

Kostüm vergessen? Kein Problem! Kaa aus dem Dschungelbuch versucht ohnehin, die Gäste in den Carnival Shop (alias Bixby Brothers) zu locken und außerdem bieten Castmember auf dem Carnival Square ein kostenloses Carnival-Makeup aus ihren Bauchläden an.

Zweimal täglich begrüßt Minnie Sebastian und seine Freunde aus dem Meer zum Little Mermaid Carnival - einer bunten Party-Prozession rund um den Carnival Square bei der die lustigen Gesellen aus der See die Gäste einladen, mit ihnen zu den Klaypso-Klängen des verrückten Musik-Mixes zu tanzen. Etwas trockener aber nicht weniger unterhaltsam geht es bei dem täglichen Jungle Book Carnival zu, den Donald anführt. Bei dieser Prozession sind Baloo und King Louie mit ihrer Gang aus dem Dschungel die Stars einer wilden Party zu den neuesten Dschungel-Beats...

Beide Gruppen, die Charaktere aus der See und dem Dschungel, treffen sich einmal täglich am Abend zur Carnival Dance Party. Während dieses 20-minütigen Events wird nicht nur mit den größten Hits aus den Soundtracks beider Paraden die Party zum kochen gebracht, sondern auch dem König und der Königin des Kids' Carnival gehuldigt - zwei Kindern, die zuvor unter den Gästen gewählt wurden. Sie dürfen in einem Wagen, der an eine große Taucherbrille erinnert, hoch über den Köpfen der Tänzer in der Prozession mitfahren, so dass alle zu ihnen aufschauen müssen, während sie noch ein letztes mal für den Tag Party-Stimmung verbreiten. Das perfekte, beschwingte "Grand Finale" für eine Karneval-Tag!

Zwischen den einzelnen Events unterhält regelmäßig ein DJ während des Carnival Fever mit einem Live-Mix poppiger Musik, zu der bekannte Disney Charaktere sich zu den Gästen gesellen und mit den Kindern eine Party feiern. Neben den Stars mit ihren speziellen Partyhüten wie Tigger oder A- und B-Hörnchen sind auch fantastische Wesen wie die exotischen Carnival-Vögeln auf ihren Stelzen mit von der Partie beim Carnival Fever.
