The beige stuff was on sale when we visited in the first week of Feb, it is very nice, and my daughter bought a few things for her kitchen. My younger daughter likes the older red stuff and has a tea pot and a coffee pot.

Great post! I’m not sure what to think of it. On one hand I love that our POTC ride is still the orriginal attraction Walt and his team created. On the other hand would it be cool to see Jack Sparrow in Audio-Animatronic forum. I linked to this post on my blog. Love this site. Keep up the good work!

It is still a very expensive destination, and the exchange rate for UK visitors made things worse.

The prices in the hotel bars and restaurants seem to have gone up a lot in the last couple of years, as well.

Let’s hope the next year or two sees some imrovements in revenue that might mean it becomes more affordable, or our annual visit might have to become once every two years but I haven’t thought of a good way of breaking that news to my daughters, yet! (Or myself, for that matter!) :(

Wow, it looks so cold, it was really bitter when we were there for the first few days or our visit, it really does get cold in DLP at this time of year! I did not think Casey Jr. und Le Pays des Contes de Fées were opening until April, though?

I always look out for ToT while riding BTM, Dumbo & Orbitron, I find it quite fun to see it from the park, for some reason! Although the parachute drop tower went up while we were there, I don’t remember seeing it from the main park.

When we were on the Tram Tour, the tower was being worked on a by a construction labourer who was welding one of the arms; we all waved at him in the way you do at Disney and were surprised and delighted when he waved back!
