AP Holders a.k.a. the early birds of Toy Story Playland

As reported the all new Toy Story Playland has proven extremly popular with guests since it opened in the past week – unfortunately resulting in longer waiting lines for its three attractions. Taking into account this and the success of the exclusive previews of the area prior to its official opening for holders of the Annual Passport Dream the resort has decided to grant all holders of Annual Passports of the resort the unique opportunity to enjoy the Toy Story Playland once again exclusively!

Well, to be correct not just once – but DAILY from August 25 till September 17, 2010! Every day in this period Toy Story Playland opens for holders of Annual Passports from 8:30 till 9:30 am so that AP holders can enjoy the area uncrowded and hop on all three rides (which are scheduled to be operating unless an unexpected technical problem might occur) without the now regular long lines.

Since it is more fun in a group each AP holder is entitled to bring along two friends who do not need to hold a valid AP but are required to have a valid passport / ticket for the day at the Walt Disney Studios (to get those AP holders can make use of the special offer to get up to five 1 day / 2 park passports for 19 EUR each – more information and the details of the promotion can be found on the official AP pages)! The only additional rule: AP Francilien and Passeport Découverte holders are blocked out of the fun on August 28 and 29 as well as September 4, 5, 11 and 12, 2010.

For AP holders in need of more Toy Story fun after enjoying Toy Story Playland the resort has come up with a couple of additional offers as well: until August 31st AP holders can get a ticket for the French version of “Toy Story 3” at the Gaumont Cinema in the Disney Village for just 3.90 EUR. There is also a special discounted price of 17.50 EUR (instead of 25 EUR) for a Toy Story backpack plus a pair of 3D glasses.

For those hungry after the adventures in Andy’s backyard there is a special offer at the Buzz Lightyear’s Pizza Planet, in Disneyland Park’s Discoveryland. According to the latest e-mail-newsletter of the AP office the all-you-can-eat buffet is offered for 12.95 EUR (instead of 17.95 EUR) for adults respectively 6.95 EUR (instead of 8.95 EUR) for kids after 2.00 pm upon presentation of the valid AP. For those hungry but willing to pass by the Toy Story theme of Pizza Planet the special offers for the all-you-can-eat-buffets of Restaurant des Stars (in the Walt Disney Studios) and Agrabah Café (in Aventureland, Disneyland Park) are still in place till September 15! Between 2.00 and 5.00 pm the AP holder and up to five guests are offered a reduced price of 17.00 EUR each (upon presentation of the valid AP – see details on the official AP pages).
