Cafe Hyperion is a very popular eating place for many of the guest who want a quick bite. The main reason for that might well be on of many people favorite choice on the menu, Burgers and fries. It is something most people just love to eat.
The extra fun for guest was the little decorated cart located just before the steps into the main dining area. There you could build your own hamburger to your liking. Add tomatoes, onions, salad and gherkins to create your own burger. Sauce was also available at the cart. 
Guest could fill up little cups and take as much as they wanted or needed for their newly created hamburger or for their fries. But for those that like to be creative with their food, there is bad news! The carts have been removed (most likley as early as December 2009!). Burgers can no longer be adapted to the likings of your own taste buds. Is this a temporary change and will the cart be back, or is it gone for good? We will have to wait and see.

As at the beginning of March, no re-appearance of the build a burger carts, just horrendous queues at the counters and difficulty finding seats.
