As reported earlier the transformation of the former Buffalo Trading Company into the first ever Starbucks coffee shop in a Disney Resort is moving ahead – unconfirmed rumors from various sources claim it might open as early as June 20. However, so far the official website of Starbucks in France has not added a listing for the shop – yet.
In any case, the transformation of the interior and exterior of the future coffee shop in the 
Disney Village is the fastest progressing major construction site in the resort right now. Just compare the two shots included here from June 10 with the photos Pastino posted on the DLP.info Forum on Saturday, June 13. On June 10 the window frames had just been installed and the window glas was being prepared. In the meantime a huge steel beam was installed above the windows (which certainly have their glas installed as well) on which the light up letters spell out “STARBUCKS COFFEE”. Also at the top of the facade extending above the actual building the figurative centerpiece of the Starbucks logo in stylish dark metal had been installed. At the same time as the exterior was under construction work took also place inside the future coffee shop which now – except for the missing furniture – looks nearly finished on the photos Pastino was able to shoot. So an opening date of June 20 does not seem to far fetched.
