French Farm Houses ... With Class!
That is the theme the Kyriad Hotel (part of the Envergure group) that opened in April 2003. The hotel targeting mostly French guests is located nearest to Magny-Le-Hongre of the Val de France hotel, so seen from the Boulevard Circulaire on the right side of the Holiday Inn operated hotel...	Das ist das Theme des Kyriad Hotels (Teil der Envergure Gruppe) das im April 2003 eröffnet wurde. Seine Zielgruppe ist vor allem das französische Publikum, das sich am nahesten zu Magny-Le-Hongre von allen Gäste in Val de France finden wird, vom Boulevard Circulaire aus gesehen also noch rechts des von Holiday Inn betriebenen Hotels...

The first sign of the new Kyriad Hotel in the Val d'France section has appeared - even so this official construction notice / permission does not state Kyriad or its mother company Envergure as the company behind the hotel. But at least it mentions the number of guest room: 300 - which means this will be the smallest of the hotels in Val de France.	Der erste Hinweis auf das neue Kyriad Hotel im Val d'France Bereich ist aufgetaucht - auch wenn diese offizielle Bauinformation weder Kyriad noch die Mutterfirma Envergure als Bauherr oder Betreiber benennt. Dafür findet sich die Information zur Hotelgröße: 300 Zimmer - womit das Kyriad das kleinste der Hotels im Val de France sein wird.

If anybody wondered what the construction site was for, this sign will answer quiet a few questions. Note that below the impressive artist impression Kyriad especially emphasizes a "panorama restaurant" which is ment to be located in the hotel buildings.	Falls sich jemand fragte, was hier entsteht, so beantwortet dies Schild doch so einige Frage. Interessant ist dabei, dass unterhalb der schönen Zeichnung der Anlage Kyriad besonders auf ein "Panorama Restaurant" hinweist, das Teil des Hotels sein soll.

Construction is already pretty far advanced, even so the construction fence bares the guests from getting to close. Even this shot already shows that Kyriad tries to make its hotel look as if it was assembled out of several smaller farm houses.	Die Bauarbeiten sind schon sehr weit fortgeschritten, auch wenn der Bauzaun verhindert, das der Gast Details erkennt. Deutlich wird aber, dass man sich bemüht, den Eindruck zu erwecken, das Hotel bestehe aus mehreren einzelnen Farmgebäuden.


Following the road from magny-Le-Hongre this is the view of the main building of the small village that forms the Kyriad Hotel...	Folgt der Gast der Straße von Magny-Le-Hongre aus, ist dies der Blick auf das Hauptgebäude des Kyriad Hotels...	Note the details as e.g. the columns at the gate infront of the building that will house the lobby behind the high glass windows.	Man beachte Details wie die Säulen an der Einfahrt vor dem Gebäude, dass hinter seinen hohen Fenstern die Lobby beherbergen wird.	Following the road further down and looking back it is reveal how cleverly the huge buildings have been designed to recreate the look of a small village.	Wirft man ein Stück weiter einen Blick zurück, zeigt sich wie geschickt die Gebäude angelegt wurden, um den Eindruck eines kleinen Dorfes zu erwecken.

Work on the Kyriad has moved so fast, that now already the landscaping crew and gardeners are bussy on the property. Also the Kyriad is the first of the hotels in Val de France to have its huge name up on the walls next to the entry.	Die Arbeiten an dem Kyriad Hotel gehen so schnell voran, dass nun schon die Gärtner überall anzutreffen sind. Auch ist das Kyriad das erste der Val de France Hotels, dass seinen Namen an seiner Einfahrt in großen Lettern angebracht hat.
