Ancient Manor under construction
MyTravel/Cresta chose the theme of an French manor form the 16th century for their Disneyland Resort Paris Selected Hotel in Val de France ... but certainly the Explorers Hotel offers all modern ameneties as it's construction begun in 2002 only...	MyTravel/Cresta hat als Theme für ihr Hotel in Val de France ein französisches Herrenhaus aus dem 16. Jahrhundert gewählt ... aber natürlich bietet das Explorers Hotel alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, ist es doch erst 2002 in Bau gegangen...

The Explorers Hotel will be by far deeper than wide. This is obvious once you know that this shot shows the side facade of the building, while the major construction near its left edge is the front facade. Construction seems to have started at the lower end, as there a first color coat is already detectable on the facade.	Das Explorers Hotel wird deutlich tiefer als breit sein, wie sich hier zeigt, wenn man weiß, dass das Photo die seitliche Fassade zeigt, während die Front der Bereich nahe des linken Randes ist. Es scheint so, als habe man sich bei den Bauarbeiten vom unteren Bereich in den oberen durchgearbeitet, vergleicht man den Stand auf dem Photo.

Several towers interrupt the facade of the Explorers Hotel trying to make it look less intimidating. Wether this succeeds can only be judged once all the towers are in place.	Verschiedene Türme unterbrechen die Fassade des Explorers Hotel, um sie weniger wuchtig erscheinen zu lassen. Ob dies gelingt, lässt sich allerdings erst beurteilen, wenn sie fertiggestellt sind.	A closer look at the lower part of the hotel shows that the facade and the roof here is already finished and even the windows are in place already.	Ein genauerer Blick auf den unteren Bereich des Hotels zeigt, dass hier die Fassade und das Dach bereits fertiggestellt sind, selbst die Fenster wurden schon eingesetzt.

This shot shows the side of the Explorers Hotel as it will be seen by the guests at the Parkhotel, so the side facing toward Magny-Le-Hongre. It also shows clearly that the area is decending to the right of the shot, away from the rest of the resort.	Diese Aufnahme zeigt die Seite des Explorers Hotel die dem Parkhotel zugewandt ist, also Richtung Magny-Le-Hongre zeigt. Auch gut zu erkennen ist das nach rechts, also weg vom übrigen Resort, abfallende Gelände.	A little bit of the close up of the "upper" part of the hotel. Note that the actual entrance part is still in a very early stage of construction...	Eine Aufnahme des "oberen" Bereichs des Hotels. Interessant ist dabei, dass der Eingangsbereich noch in einer frühen Bauphase ist...	...while the lower part of the hotel, where the majority of guest rooms will be located,is pretty far advanced at least from outside. Also note the tower, one of the bigger themeing elements.	...während der untere Bereich des Hotels mit der Mehrzahl der Zimmer wenigstens von Außen schon recht weit fortgeschritten ist. Gut ist auch einer der Türme zu erkennen.

The Explorers Hotel as guests of the Holiday Inn will see it from the main terrace of the their hotel - an impressive structure...	Das Explorers Hotel, wie es Gäste des Holiday Inn von der Terrasse ihres Hotels aus sehen werden - eine wirklich große Anlage...	Once the guest gets nearer he can see that what looked like one big building in fact is highly structured with numerous connected wings.	Kommt man näher heran, ist zu erkennen das die scheinbar monolithische Anlage in zahlreiche verbundene Flügel zerfällt.	The work has progressed really fast with the exception of teh central tower of the manor which is still missing it's roof.	Die Arbeiten sind deutlich fortgeschritten, wenn auch dem zentralen Turm des Hauses noch seine Spitze fehlt.

In a few years time this steel fence toward the road will be hidden in the deep hedge of trees secluding this manor-like hotel - till then it reveals in interesting few of the main entrance area. Note the high glass wall of the lobby / atrium in the center of the building. As a surprise it comes that the huge round tower to the left seems to get no high roof.	In wenigen Jahren wird dieser Stahlzaun hinter einer dichten Baumhecke verborgen sein - noch aber gewährt er einen interessanten Blick auf den Eingangsbereich des Hotels. Dabei fällt besonders die hohe Glasfront der Lobby / des Atriums im Zentrum des Komplexes auf. Überraschend ist, dass der große Rundbau links im Bild scheinbar kein Spitzdach erhält.
