From all over Europe trains connect all major cities to Paris. If none of the highspeed connections (TGV, EuroStar or Thalys) is available a "normal" train of the SNCF, the French railway operator, will take you right into Paris, where they stop at one of the following stations: "Gare de l'Est", "Gare du Nord", "Gare de Lyon", "Gare d'Austerlitz", "Gare Montparnasse", "Gare Saint-Lazare" or "Gare de Saint-Denize". No matter at which of these stations your train stops, guests heading for the Disneyland Resort Paris should leave the train and take the realy short walk to the adjoining metro-(RER-)station of the same name. From there follow the directions indicated for your station below: Gare de l'Est: take the metro-line 4 direction "Porte d'Orléans" to the station "Les Halles" or "Chatelet". Both of them are connected by a walkway with the station "Chatelet-les-Halles", where you change onto the RER-line A direction "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland". Gare du Nord: take either the metro-line 4 direction "Porte d'Orléans", the RER-line B direction "Robinson" or "Saint-Rémy lès-Chevreuse" or take the RER-line D direction "Malesherbes" or "Melun". If you are on a RER-train exit at the station "Chatelet-les-Halles", where you change onto the RER-line A direction "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland". If you are in a train of the metro-line 4 exit at the station "Les Halles" or "Chatelet". Both of them are connected by a walkway with the station "Chatelet-les-Halles" where you board the RER-line A. Gare de Lyon: take the RER-line A direction "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parc Disneyland". You don't have to change trains at all. Gare d'Austerlitz: take the metro-line 5 direction "Bobigny Pablo Picasso", exit at the station "Bastion" and take the metro-line 1 direction "Chateau de Vincennes" to the station "Gare de Lyon" where you can board the the RER-line A direction "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland". Gare Montparnasse: take the metro-line 4 direction "Porte de Clignancourt" to the station "Les Halles" or "Chatelet". Both of them are connected by a walkway with the station "Chatelet-les-Halles", where you change onto the RER-line A direction "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland". Instead of the metro-line 4 you may also take the metro-line 6 direction "Nation" to the station "Nation" where you can change onto the RER-line A direction "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland" too. Gare Saint-Lazare: take the metro-line 3 direction "Gallieni" to the station "Havre-Caumartin", which is connected by an underground-walkway with the station "Auber" where you can board the RER-line A direction "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland". Gare Saint-Denis: take the RER-line D direction "Malesherbes" or "Melun" to the station "Chatelet-les-Halles", where you change onto the RER-line A direction "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland". No matter where you boarded the train, exit there RER at the station "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland" which is located at the plaza between the Disneyland Hotel, the Walt Disney Studios and the Disney Village. Tickets for the RER are available at automated ticket machines and from the station clerks. If you plan to return to Paris in the following days with the RER or if you stay at a hotel outside the resort connected by RER or bus you should take a look at the special tickets available too e.g. the "Paris Visite" which is valid for several days on all RER-lines, busses, the metro and the trains of SNCF in the region and includes special offers for museums and landmarks of Paris. Information on these offers are available from the tourist-office on the plaza in front of the station at the resort too.	Städte in ganz Europa sind über Züge mit Paris verbunden. Gare Saint-Lazare: nehmen Sie die Metro-Linie 3 in Richtung "Gallieni" bis zur Station "Havre-Caumartin", die mit der Station "Auber" durch einen unterirdischen Weg verbunden ist, so daß Sie dort einen Zug der RER-Linie A in Richtung "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parc Disneyland" besteigen können. Gare Saint-Denis: nehmen Sie die RER-Linie D in Richtung "Malesherbes" oder "Melun". An der Station "Chatelet-les-Halles" wechseln Sie in die RER-Linie A in Richtung "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland". Egal wo sie den Zug besteigen, verlassen Sie die RER an der Station "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland", die an der Plaza zwischen dem Disneyland Hotel, den Walt Disney Studios und dem Disney Village gelegen ist. Fahrkarten für die RER sind sowohl an Automaten als auch Schaltern erhältlich. Sollten Sie planen, in den folgenden Tagen Paris mit der RER zu besuchen, oder sollten Sie in einem Hotel außerhalb des Resorts mit RER oder Bus-Anschluß untergebracht sein, empfiehlt es sich, auch die angebotenen Sondertickets zu prüfen wie z.B. With the RER from or to Paris
No matter whether Paris is just a stop on your way to the Disneyland Resort Paris, you stay in Paris and want to visit the Disneyland Resort Paris or wether you stay in one of the Disney Hotels and plan a daytrip to Paris - the RER is, if you want to discover the city on your own, a preferable method of getting into and out of Paris as it offers a cheap and fast connection (from the centre of the city to DLRP approximately 40 minutes). It also bypasses the frequent traffic jams and runs on a regular schedule till late in the night... The resort is connected to Paris by the RER-line A departing from the station "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland" which is located at the plaza between the Disneyland Hotel, the Walt Disney Studios and the Disney Village, next to the bus-station for the hotel-shuttle-bus and local bus-lines. You can board it (and step off it) at several stations in the city centre (as suggested in the directions for guests arriving by train in Paris above), so there is no need to change to another line in most cases. On the TGV
The French highspeed train TGV is offering a high-class, high-speed way of travel from most major cities of France and some european destinations to the Disneyland Resort Paris as the hub of the TGV for Paris is located right in the resort at the station "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland" which is located at the plaza between the Disneyland Hotel, the Walt Disney Studios and the Disney Village. So guests on board of the TGV-trains don't need to bother how to get out of Paris to DLRP and which RER-line to take, as they just step off the train, go one flight of stairs up and are right in the heart of the magic. Guests of the Disney Hotels and the Val de France Hotels can also take advantage of a free shuttle bus to the hotels and luggage-transport with the exception of the Davy Crockett Ranch, which is only accessible by car (or taxi). Next to the train-station is also a station for the local bus-lines connecting the resort to most towns surrounding it. Please note that special (more expansive) tickets are needed for the TGV-train and an advance-reservation is strongly suggested. Fahrgäste der TGV-Züge brauchen daher sich nicht mit dem Problem des Transports von Paris in das Resort und der Wahl der richtigen RER-Linie beschäftigen. Stattdessen steigen Sie einfach aus dem Zug, gehen eine Treppe nach oben, und finden sich im Herzen des Zauberreichs. Gästen der Disney Hotels und der Val de France Hotels mit Ausnahme der Davy Crockett Ranch steht sogar ein Shuttlebus und ein Gepäckservice zur Verfügung. Die Ranch ist allerdings nur per PKW (oder Taxi) erreichbar. Neben der Station befindet sich auch ein Busbahnhof der örtlichen Buslinien, die das Resort mit den meisten umliegenden Gemeinden verbindet. Es gilt aber zu beachen, daß besondere (teurere) Tickets für den TGV gelöst werden müssen und eine frühzeitige Reservierung zu empfehlen ist.

On the EuroStar
From London Waterloo to the Disneyland Resort Paris in just three hours - this is the service the British highspeed train EuroStar is offering (a service from Brussels and the French Alps is also available). That is if you book a seat on one of the EuroStar-trains going directly to the station in the resort, which are available only on selected days of the week depending on the season (a timetable and online booking is available at http://www.eurostar.com/). A daily service all troughout the year is available to and from "Gare du Nord" in Paris. If you are traveldate allows you to take the EuroStar directly to the Disneyland Resort Paris this makes the journey even more relaxing than it is already. Especially if you are a guest of one of the Disney Hotels or Val de France Hotels and booked the tickets for the EuroStar together with the hotel-package - in this case your children will receive DLRP-welcome-packages in the train and at the station "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland" not only the usual free hotel shutle buses and luggage service is available but also a special check-in-facility where you can get your themepark-passports without proceeding to the hotel first. On the Thalys
The highspeed train Thalys is operated jointly by the railway companies of Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Germany with Brussel the center of it's connections. While all trains heading to and coming from Geneve and Marseille stop at the station "Marne-la-Vallée / Chessy Parcs Disneyland" located at the plaza between the Disneyland Hotel, the Walt Disney Studios and the Disney Village, only selected Thalys trains coming from Cologne, Amsterdam and Oostende (all three via Brussel) do so. If a train from one of the three cities is going directly to Paris and not to the Disneyland Resort Paris their are two options: either you take the train and use the RER to travel from Paris to DLRP or you leave the Thalys in Brussel and change onto one of the four daily Thalys-trains leaving Brussel daily to DLRP. The later option may be especially interesting if you booked your ticket for the Thalys together with a hotel package at one of the Disney Hotels or Val de France Hotels as on selected days a special service in addition to the free hotel shuttle bus and the luggage service is available. On these days (which depend on the season) your children will receive DLRP-welcome-packages in the train and at the station a special check-in-facility awaits you where you can get your themepark-passports without proceeding to the hotel first. Plus: Disney characters will greet you in the station! If you choose to take a Thalys heading for Paris you have to step off at "Gare du Nord" in Paris.
