 The flagship hotel of the Disneyland Paris Resort, The Disneyland Hotel is situated at the entrance to the Magic Kingdom (A first for any Disney park). It represents the ultimate in Disney luxury from the 500 Disney themed rooms though to the health spa and restaurants this is the hotel for those guests looking for total indulgence.

The Hotel Designed to represent the turn of the century Victorian style the Disneyland Hotel is the only hotel on the resort designed exclusively by Disney's own designers (the Imagineer's). Panted in pastel pink its gabled roofs and bay windows wouldn't look out of place in Fantasyland.

As this is the first structure many visitors arriving at the resort by car or train see it is designed to set the scene for the adventures which lay beyond it. As you approach the hotel though the Fantasia gardens take a moment to look up at the giant Mickey Mouse Clock high on its front, also look down at your feet as some of the pathways leading though the Fantasia Gardens are paved with bricks bearing the names of guests who have visited the park.
The hotel itself it designed in three sections, the middle and two wings one at either side. The main ticket booths are positioned under the center section but guest who wish to sleep in late shouldn't worry about being awoke by arriving guests as rooms are soundproof.

 The 500 rooms within the Disneyland hotel each represent the ultimate in Disney luxury with many overlooking the Magic Kingdom or Fantasia Gardens. The spacious rooms are decorated in pastel shades to compliment the hotels decor with tiny Disney features though out such as a carved Tinker Belle on the wardrobe. In the en suite bathrooms guests will find themeing for Disney's Fantasia including a tiled frieze featuring Hyacinth hippo. Most rooms can accommodate 4 people in 2 double beds although some rooms have 1 king-size. Naturally all rooms include Television, Telephone as well as air conditioning and 24 hour room service.

For those guests wishing to indulge themselves even more why not consider the Castle Club rooms situated on the top 2 floors of the hotel castle club include that little bit extra such as, A private lift, and separate reception desk as well as separate lounge where guests can enjoy breakfast. Refreshments and soft drinks are served all day here. In the Disneyland hotel suites are individually themed and include the "Cinderella Suite" which features a domed ceiling hand painted with angels, the “Sleeping Beauty” offering the most spectacular view of the Castle, Walt's Apartment and the "Tinkerbell" suite. The "Junior Suites" are located in the west and east wings of the hotel, but have full access to the Castle Club floor.

 As you would imagine Disney's Flagship hotel the restaurants here are something special. Firstly there is the California Grill Specializing in west coast U.S.A cuisine the California Grill is one of the jewels in the Disney Dinning crown. Here you can relax in an elegant dinning room while enjoying some of the best views of the theme park available. At Inventions there is a more informal atmosphere meals here are served buffet style and the decoration is themed around the transportation of the early part of the 20th century. You can enjoy the buffer together with some Disney Characters at dinner time, but characters will not be present during lunch. This restaurant also plays home to the Disney Character Breakfast where you can enjoy Breakfast with some of you favorite Disney characters.

If you just fancy a drink why not pop into the Cafe Fantasia Situated on the second floor Guests can enjoy Cocktails in the tastefully decorated surroundings to the sound of live piano music.

For all your Disney needs be sure to pay a visit to Gallery Mickey here you will find a selection of standard theme park merchandise. You can also a good range of Disney collectibles including pieces from the Walt Disney Classic Collection, Disney's fine porcelain figurines. Other products include a range of goods bearing the Disneyland Hotel logo.

 Visit the front desk and ask about the Character greet and meet that will find place on the big stairs in the hall. In the morning, Disney Character, including Mickey Mouse, will come dancing down the stairs. As the park already opened attendance is never too high giving many opportunities for pictures and autographs.

If you want to take a rest from the park but don’t want to go to far away from it, visit Cafe Fantasia. You can enjoy some quiet time away from the crowds but be close enough to the park to hop right back in once you’ve enjoyed a refreshment in a beautiful environment.
