And you also can find those outlaws at Frontierland, where you can even try to stop them at the Rustler Roundup Shootin' Gallery.  During the early days of the original Disneyland in California, the guns in the shooting gallery used metal pellets to hit the targets in the range.

That has now been superseded by a more hi-tech version that uses infrared beams to trigger the 74 animated targets dotted around the Wild West themed set.
